This Kit Inlcudes: -Three Day Alkaline Cleanse -One Bottle of InfraRED -One Bottle of Octane -One Bottle of Inferno – Sample of Release Colon Cleanse Capsules Directions: Prior to starting the program we recommend doing a 3 day cleanse using our Alkaline Sachets. After your three day cleanse we recommend that you take one(1) InfraRED capsule for the first 7 days, on day 8 you can increase your dosage to two(2) capsules. Each night after consuming dinner take one(1) Release (colon clenase). When you finish the bottle of InfraRED you can begin taking Octane. Month two directions: Take 1-2 Octane Capsules daily 30 minutes prior to eating your first meal of the day. Each night after consuming dinner take one(1) Release capsule with at least 8 ounces of water. Final month instructions: Take two Inferno capsules 30 minutes prior to consuming your first meal of the day with at least 8 ounces of water.
